As the President of the Nurses Union at UF Health Shands, I am excited to share with you a new initiative aimed at addressing crucial issues concerning our RNs and fostering a stronger, more supportive community.

We believe that by working together, we can improve our working conditions and enhance the overall professional environment. To achieve this, we are launching a committee dedicated to tackling important topics such as safe staffing, workplace safety, and more.
